Helping international charity leaders navigate AI
The challenge
Senior leaders from international development organisations were exploring how AI could affect humanitarian response, organisational decision making and responsible governance.
Our approach
Designed and facilitated AI workshops for more than 70 senior leaders from over 20 international development charities, bringing together participants from across the world, including the US, Canada, Australia and countries throughout Europe.
Held in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the sessions combined interactive humanitarian crisis simulations, strategic leadership discussions and AI governance workshops, helping leaders explore the opportunities and challenges of AI and identify practical actions for their organisations.
Sessions included AI crisis simulations, leadership discussions and workshops exploring governance and practical next steps.
The impact
Leaders explored the opportunities and risks of AI through realistic scenarios.
Sessions created space for cross organisational discussion and shared learning.
Participants considered practical actions to take forward within their organisations.
